Each race combines 1 km runs with functional fitness stations like sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, lunges, and carries that creates a standardized race format that’s the same in every city, every country.

Running is a Core Component
HYROX is a running-based race. We help athletes build aerobic capacity, pacing strategies, and confidence with running—without sacrificing strength.
Training Under Fatigue Matters
HYROX stations are completed after running. Our programming intentionally trains you to lift, push, pull, and carry when tired.
Knowing the Rules Improves Results
From movement standards to race flow, understanding HYROX rules can make or break your race. Our coaches teach you how to move efficiently and avoid costly mistakes.
BFT Lincoln offers HYROX-specific classes on Wednesday and Sundays, as well as regional HYROX events and race simulations. No matter where you start, we meet you there, and build from it.
Our training is intentionally built around the physical demands of HYROX, combining strength, conditioning, and endurance so you’re not guessing what to train for on race day.
You’ll be coached by certified HYROX coaches who have competed in races themselves and understand the movements, standards, and strategy that matter when it counts.
You’ll train alongside other HYROX athletes who share the same goal, creating accountability, energy, and a supportive environment that pushes everyone forward.
From sled work to wall balls to compromised running, our programming reflects how HYROX actually feels, so you know how to pace, transition, and perform under fatigue.
We run regional HYROX events and training camps to help athletes prepare for upcoming global races with education, simulations, races, and support.
Not in Lincoln? We offer HYROX programming that can be followed virtually or in a hybrid format, allowing athletes to train anywhere while still being guided by HYROX-experienced coaches.
