The Global Fitness Racing Series Designed For Everyday Athletes.

 Each race combines 1 km runs with functional fitness stations like sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, lunges, and carries that creates a standardized race format that’s the same in every city, every country.

Unlike obstacle races or CrossFit-style competitions, HYROX is:

  • Divided by age group and ability
